TAT®
(Tapas Acupressure
Technique®) is
a meridian-based Energy
Psychology developed by
acupuncturist Tapas
Fleming.
This simple technique, in which one puts one's hands on certain points
in the front and back of the head and then says a series of healing
steps, can shift one's perception of a problem and allow it to release.
TAT has proven helpful in resolving trauma,
depression, allergies, negative thought patterns.
TAT
Basics is a
12-hour class focused on using TAT for yourself and others.
In this class you will learn:
- the
history of the development of TAT
- the
basics of using TAT for yourself
- the
basics of using TAT with others
- using
TAT for creating your perfect life, or helping others find theirs
- using
TAT for health issues, including weight
- practice
in applying TAT for relationship
issues
- how
to work with inner
objections as they arise

Paula McGuire
is a certified TAT Trainer, teaching TAT
Basics and mentoring TAT students.
She has been in the healing arts for over 25 years. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 40547) in
California, a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP), a
TAT® Trainer, a ThetaHealing® Instructor, a Birth Your
Life® Energetic Healing Instructor, a practitioner of Rosen
Method Bodywork and BioMagnetic therapy, a Transformational Coach, yoga
instructor and minister. She has a long-time practice in meditation.
She works with individuals, families and groups in the Lowcountry SC,
and via phone or Skype.
